Today when I was out walking, I found myself absolutely captivated by this man. He was just so elegant in his black suit, with his classy cane and accompanying traditional hat. I couldn’t help but take a few pictures (and almost get busted stalking in the process!).
Don’t you think he’s sweet?
I’m not sure what it is but since spring arrived, the good looking people of Cordoba seem to be out in their droves, they’ve come out of winter hibernation and while most of us are trying to dust away the winter skin and firm up our hips, bums and thighs, it’s certainly clear that this species have had more than a decent dose of beauty sleep (and steered clear of a few too many tortillas)… which leads me to say, I think we may have a blog series on our hands. Watch this space!
Yay!! I love a good blog series. What more could I ask for? Photos of good looking men on a well written blog! All I need now is the cup of tea to go with it!!
I have to say, I just love people watching in Europe – period! There seems to be a different level of “class” and self. I remember sitting in a coffee shop and watching the sweetest older couple walking into the square. I turned to my partner and said – that is what I am looking for. Someone to grown old with! (The older couple was most likely in their 70s, we were in our first year – happy to say, we are soon to be in our 5th year, but I do not know the fate of the cute couple!!! They were an inspiration!)
He is adorable. Why you almost got busted? Did you strike a conversation with him? 🙂
Actually, I didn’t. I was far too much in awe for conversations. Ha ha! Instead, I followed him around like a complete stalker. The last frame above was when he realised someone was following him with a camera, he stopped and turned so I continued to walk taking photos of any old thing to distract any of his potential concerns. What a dork!
You are hilarious! Loving your posts sweets x
Thanks Alice! Come visit!!
Anita – finally catching up on your comment after it slipped through the wordpress security net. I couldn’t agree more, people watching is one of my favourite things to do full stop. Let alone in Europe. I am alarmingly obsessed with the old people here actually. I was only trawling through some of my photos last week and realised just how many I have of little old men! Ha ha. The old people here have so much character. And I just love how they embrace life and love themselves for who they are – wrinkles, beer bellies, widow’s peaks, warts and all. Just love it. Congrats on you nearing your 5th year. May you grow old and happy just like that darling pair you saw that day.
